Jennifer’s journey began with the founding of the WeBreathe Wellness Center and the SheBreathes Soul Stories Movement, where she championed the importance of holistic wellness and the power of storytelling in healing. Her commitment to addressing the mental health crisis led her to establish the WeBreathe WellBeing Soul Sanctuary, a 501c3 Non-Profit organization dedicated to expanding access to wellbeing programs and resources for all.

As a Trauma-Informed Somatics Therapy Practitioner, Well-Being Coach, and Holistic Healer, Jennifer brings a unique blend of modalities to her practice.
