Welcome to the Whole Body WellBeing Content Library, designed to help you restore Whole Body Balance and WellBeing. 

I am Jenn Gulbrand, Founder of WeBreathe Wellness and the Soul Sanctuary, 501C3. 

I have mindfully and lovingly created the Whole Body WellBeing Content Library to support a global manifestation to help raise the collective vibration and heal the human heart, one beautiful soul at a time.  

I am honored to be here holding safe, sacred space for your growth and healing.

Resilience is the capacity to recover from difficult situations and circumstances.

A large aspect of one’s resilience, and therefore overall wellbeing, is determined by how well you recharge, not by how much you endure.

This library of courses will equip you with the resources and support you need to boost your resilience — and provide tools to help you recharge and restore whole body balance and wellbeing. While each course has been designed to stand on its own, the intention is that our learners embrace the complete Resilience Library to reap the full e benefits of the offering.

Meet Your Instructor 

Before we dive into the first module, I want to share a little background about me as your course facilitator. I am Jenn Gulbrand. Corporate DropOut Gone Goddess here.  

  • 35 years of experience leading companies in the health and wellness space.
  • 21 of those owning/operating a premier sales training business in the life science industry with pharma/biotech and med device company clients. I was my own CEO, CFO, Marketing Director, HR Director 
  • 15 years into the role, I began to feel as though something was missing. The business mission was worthy, it fed my family and supported my employee’s family’s, but the role was not feeding my soul. 
  • Like most us, I experienced some painful life events jolted me into a more awakened state and I knew I had to find a way to recalibrate and get back on course with the life I was designed to be living.
  • In 2016, I stepped out of my comfort zone and created SheBreathes Balance Women’s Collaborative to create and hold space for women to practice self-care, experience sisterhood, and be supported personally and professionally.
  • 3 years later, I took another leap of faith, sold my sales training company to open the WeBreathe Wellness to hold space for growth and healing (to the entire community – she/he/they) and providing services that address all dimensions of wellbeing (intellectual, social, spiritual, physical, emotional, financial, occupational, environmental)
  • I discovered my purpose as a builder of community and safe, supportive containers to hold space for people’s growth and healing.

Even though I do this work focused on helping to support others to manage stress and live a balanced and healthy life, I too can find myself breaking boundaries, falling off my self-care routine, and feeling depleted from time to time. I know what it’s like to be under a great deal of stress, and how when I am not resourcing myself, it can be a recipe for dis-ease and disaster. 

It is for these reasons that I decided to create the RESILIENCE Content Library.

The library begins with the signature course, Stress Management Strategies for a Balanced Life. In this first course, you will learn about Stress and how it impacts our whole body wellbeing by impacting the body, mind and spirit.  Then we will provide an overview of key strategies and tools you can learn to help you recharge and in effect “ boost your own resilience “.

Future courses will go further in depth into each of those tools and modalities so you can learn to practice and incorporate them one by one into your life.
