I am Jenn Gulbrand, Founder of WeBreathe Wellness and the Soul Sanctuary, 501C3.
I have mindfully and lovingly created the Whole Body WellBeing Content Library to support a global manifestation to help raise the collective vibration and heal the human heart, one beautiful soul at a time.
I am honored to be here holding safe, sacred space for your growth and healing.
Resilience is the capacity to recover from difficult situations and circumstances. A large aspect of one’s resilience, and therefore overall wellbeing, is determined by how well you recharge, not by how much you endure.
This library of courses will equip you with the resources and support you need to boost your resilience — and provide tools to help you recharge and restore whole body balance and wellbeing. While each course has been designed to stand on its own, the intention is that our learners embrace the complete Resilience Library to reap the full e benefits of the offering.

MY STORY
Introducing Jennifer, the visionary behind the Resilience: Whole Body Wellbeing Content Library.
With a passion for fostering heart-centered communities and creating safe, supportive spaces for growth and healing, Jennifer has dedicated her life to raising the collective vibration and nurturing the human spirit.
Jennifer’s journey began with the founding of the WeBreathe Wellness Center and the SheBreathes Soul Stories Movement, where she championed the importance of holistic wellness and the power of storytelling in healing. Her commitment to addressing the mental health crisis led her to establish the WeBreathe WellBeing Soul Sanctuary, a 501c3 Non-Profit organization dedicated to expanding access to wellbeing programs and resources for all.
As a Trauma-Informed Somatics Therapy Practitioner, Well-Being Coach, and Holistic Healer, Jennifer brings a unique blend of modalities to her practice. From Trauma Sensitive HeartMath and Somatic therapy, to breathwork and mindfulness and integrated energy healing, Jennifer empowers individuals to reconnect with their true nature and live in alignment with their highest potential.
With the launch of the Resilience: Whole Body WellBeing Content Library, Jennifer is excited to share her wealth of knowledge and expertise with a global audience. Through online courses, trainings, and resources, she aims to support individuals on their journey to improved whole body wellbeing, one step at a time.
